I had severe allergies some years ago and lived on extremely restricted
diet. Instead of regular market beef I ate 'Beefalo' which was from
buffalo [bison] some bred with beef. [It also has less fat]. It worked
great and health was regained. There are several purveyors of buffalo
[bison] meat on the web so it's available. Maybe worth a try???
