Dear Celiac/Diabetic:

WASA Original Crispbread has come out with a new gf (corn/rice) cracker.
It arrived on our health food store shelves this week in Columbus, OH.
(Gluten & Wheat-Free is printed on the box).

The crackers taste very close to a saltine cracker. Remember those?
Also, the crackers are about the size of a double graham cracker and
each cracker only has 7 carbs. Two crackers would equal an exchange.
Plus they are satisfying, low fat and cholesterol free.

WASA Original Corn Crispbread is a Product of Roland Murten AG, in
Switzerland and is imported by Liberty Richter in New Jersey. There was
no phone number on the box, but an address in the States. WASA Consumer
Relations, 400 Lyster Avenue, Saddle Brook, NJ 07663. If this product is
not supplied in your area they may help you find a source.

I can't wait to try these with soup!

Pam
