Just a thought, but when you replaced your hard drive, did you happen to
have one less partition than what you had originally?  If your original hard
drive had partitions C: and D: making your CD-ROM E:, and your new hard
drive has only one partition C:, then your CD-ROM would have to be changed
to drive D:, right?
