I'm using HyperTerminal, which I also use with no problems to call a local
BBS. It is set to 8N1, I think. I'm not sure how to check that in
HyperTerminal. I just checked and could not find it. I'm not sure what
you mean in the last sentence. It is set to "ANSI" emulation and I have
tried others that do not work either.
