Sure they do, but you can never find that specialized cable when you need
it.  The bottom line is most people don't need the bulk of a full tower
case.  I find a mid-tower case to be a good combination of size, cost, and
flexibility.  Like anything else, one should always buy a quality case with
a good power supply.  I prefer the ATX form factor myself.
