Hello All:
I had heard before that anything over 32 megs of RAM under W95 would not
result in a noticeable speed increase. Still, I upgraded my P2 233 32meg
EDO system to 64 megs and did notice a speed increase during program
loading and when working with large documents, 3D Win95 games etc. I assume
this was because of the less time writing to the swap file which I have
also set at a fixed 100Mb on the fastest drive. I just thought it was
relevant to mention this because of the fact that some people do not easily
discern between pure processor speed and program load up times which depend
on other factors as well.
