How does it taste with olive oil?  Do you season it at all?  It would sure
be easier to make.  Not terribly portable (without a cooler), but it would
be a good snack for at home.

I store it in little plastic boxes in the refridgerator.
So far I think I hava managed not to eat it for about 3 weeks
and that is definately no problem.
