We've been dealing with a rather pompous and bumbling doctor who refuses to
entertain the possibility of celiac disease for a close friend of mine. (I'm
biopsy-diagnosed and know so much more than this doc that I'm confident a test
is in order.) When my friend asked for an endoscopy, the doc said, what would
that prove? He actually SAID that test couldn't detect gluten intolerence!!
He's convinced my friend's years of sickness are the result of "stress"

So does anyone know a Blue Cross approved doctor in the North Orange County
area who is willing to consider Celiac disease?
Thank you,
janna
