On the list, [log in to unmask] made comments about the (lack of?) gf
status of some of campbells's soups.

Personally, I've learned to distrust the "gluten free" lists of most
manufacturers.  My wife has had way too much problem with them.  I _will_
buy things like pre-packed hot rice cereal ONLY IF they come from companies
such as Arrowhead mills and such.  But in most cases, I make my own.  I
grind rice flour, I do buy tapioca flour and potato flour, and bake
EVERYTHING from scratch.

It's the only way, I think, to be sure of getting uncontaminated food.
