I too spoke with Campbell's. I was told by a service rep that the Soy
was what contained the gluten. Then told by a supervisor it was the
gluten in the corn.
Was finally told by a second supervisor that they (in the public service
department) really don't know what the offending item is in the broths
- Only that they are not on "Campbell's gluten-free product list".
She told me that Healthy Request - Ready to serve - Chicken Broth was on
the GF list. I wonder for how long! I'll try to find another source.
Any suggestions????
