Thank all those who answered my plea for an explanation of the ingredient,
L-Bulgaricus used in yogurt.  It turns out that L. bulgaricus is "Lactobacillus
bulgaricus", a bacterium.  I was told this good bacteria makes its home in the
intestines and helps digestion.  It is totally unrelated to Bulgar Wheat, and
is therefore acceptable for a GF diet.  Thanks again,  Carol in NJ
