Thanks to those who replied to my request for GF recipes for the EZ bake oven.
An EZ bake oven is a toy that cooks like a real oven and is designed for ages
8 and up.  I was unable to locate any recipes which only required the addition
of water (i.e. something my daughter could do all by herself).  So
regretfully, I returned the already purchased oven and vowed to do more
research and to buy it for her at a later holiday.

I received suggestions to use our GF cake recipes.  Unfortunately, even if you
mix the dry ingredients they require eggs and butter and milk etc. at the
least.  I wanted her to be able to add water or milk and go.  I didn't find
anything like that.
