According to the FAQ info teff may be GF.
I would like to
1) have it confirmed from a lab. that teff is indeed GF
2) find out how I can get hold of teff, buy or import to
Norway
Any suggestions ?
To those ignorant souls in the List not being aware of
the greatest food on earth:
Teff is a type of grain only grown in Ethiopia (as far
as I know). It is the basis for a thin, grey, large
pancake-type of bread which is eaten with a hot sauce.
Believe me, the best food you could ever dream of.
