Hi Everyone,
I have flecks on one of my fingernails. I read that this is caused by a
zinc deficiency. I am completely gf and dairy free and eat no refined
foods. How could I get a zinc deficiency? What foods have zinc? How much
zinc supplement should I take?
Also I am extremely itchy on my arms and back. When I started the gf diet,
I was a vegetarian. Now that I eat meat, I am itchy again. Could it be the
grains that are fed to the cows? or a vitamin/mineral deficiency? or
menopause?
