I discovered a great new snack and wanted to share: Mr. Spice Healthy
Foods Cocoa Almond Crunch low-fat Caramel Popcorn (distributed by Lang
Naturals/850 Aquidneck Avenue/ Newport, RI 02842 1 800/352-8674).
This stuff was SO GOOD^ĊI could have eaten the whole bag!!: popcorn
covered in chocolate and caramel sauce with lots chunky, whole nuts
(peanuts, pecans, almonds) mixed in. It was labeled "gluten-free" right
on the bag. It also claims to be cholesterol-free, MSG-free,
preservative-free, HVP-free, and sulfite-free.

There are names of other snacks listed on the bag as well, although it
does not claim whether or not they are also gluten free: low fat
seasoned popcorn (butter, cheese, spicy); low fat nutty caramel corn
(honey, toffee, chocolate); and salt-free fat-free sauces (steak, BBQ,
mustard, hot, oriental). There is supposed to be a Mr. Spice website at
http://www.mrspice.com. I haven't been able to access it yet, but
supposedly there are recipes and the opportunity to order coupons for
products.

Treat yourself right!
