I found a new product called Boca Burgers in the frozen food section of my
local grocery store. I thought it might be of interest to people on this
list.
 
It is labeled, "No wheat, no gluten, no eggs, no MSG, no HVP, no autolyzed
yeast, no preservatives.  100% vegetarian".  They make 3 flavors; vegan
original, which is 100% fat free;  Chef Max's Favorite, 98% fat free (has
cheddar cheese); and one called, "Hint of Fresh Garlic".  I think this one
has Mozzerella Cheese, but I'm not certain.  The last ingredient on the
list of ingredients is natural malt extract.  I called them to question
this, and they told me the source of the malt is corn.  I've tried the
first two of these products, and they're pretty good, microwaved.  Follow
cooking directions carefully so as not to overcook.  I spoke with Max
