Hello,

I have Windows NT Server running 4.0, with a external Spotster
28800-33600 modem. The system finds the modem ok, but when I run Dial-Up
Network Monitor, Unavailable is in the area where "Device Response".
I get no response.

I've check the Com Ports 1 & 2, as well as the Modem Icon. I
have delete and re-install the modem several times, tried different
modem and cable. The system appears to see this modem because it loads
drivers.

Thanks very much for any information.
