Hi All:

Has anyone used Latex before?  I am trying to use it now and have found
that it is very helpful for the blind in formatting text in unix or create
HTML.  But I could not find a menu in electronic form so that I can read
it.  If anyone happens to know where I can find one, I would appreciate
it.
