Hi John,

thank you so much for all the kind words. I am glad you have found it all
helpful. I have some more interesting stuff in my inbox that I will send out
shortly. Also, if you find things that I or others here might find of value,
please share them so we can bring them to our respective groups. I may be
rather silent for the next few weeks. I have been without a computer for a
week. I just bought a new Pentium 166 megahertz computer with a 1.2 gigabyte
hard drive, 32 bit sound card, 12-speed cd rom, and a 33,000 baud modem. I am
also using a new communications program, commo, a new version of WordPerfect
(version 6.1 for dos), and a new speech synthesizer, Doubletalk. I have also
added an Iomega zip drive. While I have made it online to write this message,
there is still a steep learning curve ahead for the next few weeks on all this
new technology. I did follow my own advice in choosing adaptive technology,
as I have written about in my newsletter articles. In the end, the most
important choices were people with whom I could trust, feel comfortable, could
understand my needs and concerns, and were highly skilled and committed to my
independence.
I am writing to you at this time to request a copy of the
> Internet Tutorial you have in E-text format. My e-mail address is:

I have already mailed the tutorial to you. I hope that you find it useful.
In fact, I have sent it out to more then 20 people from the list, about 15
percent of the subscribers.
