Dear list members,

AiSquared has made there magnification technology to adapt the needs of the
typical computer user.
The new screen magnifier has the name BIGSHOT Screen Magnifier and where
BIGSHOT stops magnifying at a magnification of 2 times ZoomText starts.

BIGSHOT magnifies all Windows programs in 20 magnification steps from 100%
to 200% (200% = 2 times).
It is less features than ZoomText, but includes full screen and Active
Window Zooming, advanced tracking and manual scrolling.

AiSquared sees three primary groups for BIGSHOT:
- the growing group of aged computer users;
- People suffering from computer eystrain;
- Laptop users.

BIGSHOT shall not be marketed in the area of low-vision products.
But for those of you who need not more than two times magnification and
support people subscribed on this list, BIGSHOT can be a good and cheap
solution for some magnification needs.

BIGSHOT will cost $99 and will be released in August 2000.
A free 30 days trial is already available.

The NEW magnification technique in BIGSHOT needs less system resources and
will also be included in the next major release of ZoomText sceduled for
the first quarter of 2001.

Visit the screen magnifiers homepage at http://www.magnifiers.org for more
information about BIGSHOT.

Regards Peter Verhoeven
