Seems I was part of a bogus warning on this one for which I appologize.
Check out the url at the following message. I do know that the phone
companies are interested in getting as much revenue out of people as
possible and have considered such in the past. Perhaps they'd be better
off joining with band with space, more of it, then going after the little
guy. Anyway, this is the last of this posting from me, though I do want
to appologize to the group.

your member of Congress will do no good as it is the Federal
Communications Commission (FCC) that makes all such decisions and they
have stated publicly that they are not considering any such actions.
