I thought th article had some merit. I am sure it would be no substitue
to good orientation and mobility training. I found it interesting that
Nolan Crabb from ACB had a negative reaction. I think people show be
open-minded tot he idea and not criticize it until they have tried it.
Using the global positioning network has vast potential to help blind
people.
