Hi Kelly while I found the article interesting I came away from reading it
with a lot of questions.
1.  What will this new windows98 do to help make things easier for the
visually impared community?
2.  what software will we be able to use and will we be able to use our speech
synths and screen reading programs with this new system?
3.  Will the current problems with midi interfaces be a thing of the past as
it related to the number of drivers that an interface will support with win98.

I'm sure that these questions and much more are soon to come.thanks for
reading this.
