Hi, Steve when you were saying in your previous message that the facts of
government need to get out it reminded me of some stuff I was reading on
the web about the Malasion government.  They are seriously trying to make
themselves a paperless government and than hope to market the how they
converted and did it stuff to other governments.  Of course people would
still write but anyway the thought of it is interesting.  Maureen
