James,
Our respective diets appear to be very similar -- I imagine I eat more
fatty red meat than you do -- yet you consider yourself to be on a
"calorie restriction" diet while I consider myself a paleo-wannabe who
is working toward paleo-purity. I, too, am never hungry, and I, too, am
losing weight (down about 100 pounds this year and continuing to lose 5
to 10 pounds a month).
I guess it just comes down to semantics. From the tone of your posts,
I'd guess that you are as eager to share your nutritional success with
others as I am. What's going to be more successful: a message
preaching "calorie restriction," or one that talks about "eating all you
want and still losing weight"?
