Thank you so much for the info about beef heart. However, I remembered I am
trying to keep my son off of beef as I believe he is sensitive to it. He ate
beef when his gut was very leaky and the proteins leaked out into his
system, his body formed antibodies to beef and a few other substances.
Are there any other organ meats I should consider that are not from meat?
Maybe chicken gizzrards?
(Gosh, who knew I would ever be interested in chicken gizzrards!!!)
Anyway, the almond flour is wonderful, there are many recipes in the book I
previously mentioned. Will post some tomorrow bright and early, I'm a
morning person!!
