Is it necessary to stay on antibiotics for 10 days like the allopathic
doctors mandate?

I had a sinus infection which cleared within 24 hours of beint put on
Augmentin. I would like to get off it ASAP as I fear the dieoff of friendly
bacteria and the overgrowth of unfriendly microbes. Being on paleo, I feel I
have just gotten the microbes under control.

While on antibiotics, I have cut down fruit even further, to discourage
yeast overgrowth.

Any other suggestions?
