Try the "international" section of your supermarket.  It's used

I don't know, but my son (also autistic) loves coconut milk, with
a bit of cinnamon in it.

Maybe he was just tired and rambunctious from being cooped up in

Nuts are a good travel food, and you could always make some
turkey jerky.
