I think you need to look at this way of eating as a way of life. Look at
the way you were eating before this way of eating, how did you feel and did
you body feel, etc? I don't think that any low carb way of eating is a
short quick fix but any one who enters it must look at it as a long term
solutions with some falls of the low carb wagon.
