I understand that h/g people often have knowledge of more than
500 species of flora and fauna, to use as food and medicine.
With the same recources I think we can thrive on paleodiet without
supplements. At least I do not have access to that lot. Still I
dont like the idea of supplements especially as it is impossible
to know exactly what and how much I personally need.
Also I think things have to be consumed in its context, so you
cannot be shure that it works with something that is refined
in any way.
