I'm not certain about vitamin C re: ketosis, but there are numerous
forms of C. As I'm sure you do already, read each label carefully. Many
of them have some form of sugar "fillers" and other stuff. Whichever one
is best, Rose Hips, Ester-C or whatever, make sure you get it with
Citrus bioflavinoids so you can absorb the C-otherwise you just pee it
out. Your best bet is probably oranges and kiwi fruit. You may also want
to consider Pycnogenol. It is an extremely potent antioxidant made from
the pine bark tree. It will potentiate the effects of C or E and it is
as natural Ginkgo Biloba or Ginseng. I take all three (pyc.,ginkgo &
ginseng) and am a Neanderthin-er with no side effects and only positive
results.
