You know, I really hate to ask this question because I don't think I want to know the answer, but...

Does anyone know what kind of oil pork rinds are fried in?

Thanks,
John Pavao

One way to be sure to get enough fat is pork rhines. One 99 cent
bag will last me over a week, as pork rinds are not a "binge" food for
anyone I can think of. Most people hate them. NeanderThin people have
taste buds calabrated for this type of food. Just be sure to get a brand
with no flour, MSG, etc.
