Do you have web access? There are a number of web sites with excellent
information on dealing with milk allergy. Mine (listed at the bottom)
includes menus for the beginner, links to other excellent pages and links
to good milk-free books, ingredient lists, information on dealing with
restaurants, hospitals and medicines, etc. Others specialize in recipes,
or being milk-free in other countries. (My page is based on living in the USA.)
If you have specific questions, this listserv is the best source of cumulative
experience that I've found. And we LOVE to share our hard-earned expertise.
