     Fran asked about the Carol Fenster cookbook "Special Diet Solutions"
healthy cooking without wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, yeast,  or refined
sugar. All recipes include nutritional data and food exchanges. It is
very helpful for ALL celiacs and particularly for celiac/diabetics. There
are pages of helpful information additionally.
     I have no financial interest in the book, other than I enjoy using
it and was able to review it before it was published.
