Hi I understand that there is quite a backlog in the DOJ concerning ADA
problems and complaints.  Last November members of ADAPT, a disabilities
rights group were advised, in fact, to file suits without DOJ because of
the backlog.  So your 9 months isn't too bad.  Maureen
