Well, John, to use a cliché, A word to the wise is sufficient!!
We do see this pattern of generation-skipping, and maybe it's good for you
to know so that you can take proper precautions.
Eating paleo is probably much more healthful than your grandfather ate
anyway.
Have you tested your cholesterol since you quit dairy? I'm curious to see
if that lowered it for you.
