Nourishing Traditions is not exclusively based on the paleo/hunter gatherer
lifestyle as Neanderthin is.  It covers preindustrial agricultural food
preparation also; however, it does have some very useful information
concerning recommendations on dietary fats, and the significance of animal
protein.  It is also a very thick cookbook with alot of recipes that are not
paleo as it uses grains and dairy products for preindustrial food prep.
Personally, I would like to someday see a strictly Paleofood cookbook on the
same scale as that one.
