I am re-reading Ray's book, page 65 where he talks about pemmican.
How can pemmican sustain a person without vitamin or mineral deficiencies?
In other words, does pemmican contain calcium, vitamin C, Vitamin E,
magnesium, etc??
And whoever thought of pemmican as a source of vit c, didn't the orange
juice people brainwash to think otherwise??
Right now I have been using either dried elk meat, venison, or turkey meat.
For fat, I am using coconut oil.
How long would it take my son's sensitivity to beef to go away, that would
make my life so much easier!
With gluten free diets, they tell us that even a few MOLECULES of gluten are
bad, so I am afraid to use beef suet for my fat right now.
I am wondering about Ray's and others' views on allergies.
