So, please tell, does that mean that if you go off for just a few days, the
weight rushes back on?  The reason I  ask is that on Atkins I have went off
for as much as a week and have only gained 2 lbs and it comes back off fairly
quickly.  However, I have lost 27 since 11/97 and  have about 20 more to go
and it's going a lot more slowly.  What would happen if I went on  Neanderthin
until the total weight loss and then slowly introduced Atkins back in?
