I'm so lazy that I don't pack my own lunches when I work. On
those days my mom decides I should eats lots of vegiables and fruit.
When I make my own meals, it's usually hamburgers or sirloin steaks.
When I go out to eat, I try to get the biggest and most fatty steak I can
get. I suppliment the meat with nuts, especially Macadmaias and either
walnuts or almonds mixed with raisons. I also snack on fruits like
bannanas and grapes during the day. Every day starts out with a glass of
juice. I picked up some not-from-concentrate bluebery juice and
unfiltered apple juice from a hell-th food place, and my local store has
unfilered prune juice which I mix with lacroix to thin it out. So
bassicly, I eat high-vegatibe for one or two meals a day, four times a
week, and beef the rest of the time with some high-sugar fruit and a
little bit of nuts thrown in.
One way to be sure to get enough fat is pork rhines. One 99 cent
bag will last me over a week, as pork rinds are not a "binge" food for
anyone I can think of. Most people hate them. NeanderThin people have

with no flour, MSG, etc.
