That sounds like a lot to me. My non-Paleolithic philosophy to supplements
(my Paleolithic one is to take almost none) is one shouldn't take more then
they could possibly ingest in foods. So for Vit E you'd have to find what
food has the most, then if you only ate that food, how much would you eat,
and see how much Vit E that is.
