Greetings - I've already made a large batch of apricot chutney this fall
(bumper crop) now my dear husband has presented me with another bucket of
them! He (non-celiac) likes them, I use them sparingly...
Does anyone have any ideas for fresh ripe apricots? (Not too interested in
white sugar heavy jam/jellies). An easy recipe for apricot wine perhaps?
While I'm on the subject: I'm also looking for something gf to do with an
excess of jalapeno peppers. Are there any recipes for jalapeno tabasco out
there?
