Just one more piece of information about Shelton's Gluten'free stuff:
their 1-800 number is as follows:

1-800-541-1833

THeir rep got back to me today to say that one can't yet order by e-mail,
but by phone. And that many healthfood stores 'nationwide' (I assume this
means the States) carry their products. He said most people don't order
directly from them due to the UPS charges being expensive. I think I may
order from them anyway, since it has been a long time since I had any
processed meats (due to my nitrite/nitrate sensitivity).

Hope this helps.

Eliyanah
