For those who have lactose and soy problems looking for a GF cheese,
this apparently will fill the bill. However, those that cannot tolerate
casein, you are still out of luck. There were several replies of
satisfaction with the product. They also make a cheddar, american and a
parmesan, in addition to the mozzarella.

Since I didn't know if I had problems with lactose or casein I tried a
half slice. I don't think I will be finishing the package, so I now
know casein is the problem.

I join the GF group that is looking for a true dairy free/soy free
cheese replacement.
