Jeryl Cordell wrote wrote that he liked the San'J dark rice crackers.
But "at $3.99 for a 4 oz. package, they are worse than highway
robbery". I agree (on both counts). So does anyone have ideas about
how to make them? The ingredients are just brown rice, sesame seeds
and gf soy sauce. The resulting cracker has the texture of a large
dense Rice Krispie. Crisp and honeycombed with little air pockets.
The soy sauce seems to be used as a coating, presumably before they
are baked.
