Thank you...thought the list would want to know. I left a message with
Kellogg's (Jet-Puffed), on their web page (www.jetpuffed.com), but have not
gotten an answer personally yet.
Suggestion for recipe for Thanksgiving using marshmallows...also a way to get
kids to eat veggies. My family loves it. I take sweet potatoes or yams or
peeled squash (pumpkin?) and slice into (approx.) 1/4 inch thick rings. Lay in
a slightly buttered (or margerine) baking dish. Cover with canned sliced (or
crushed) pineapple. Optional..add a dash of cinnamon. Then cover with mini-
marshmallows(regular size would work.) Bake in 350 degree oven until
marshmallows melt and start to turn lightly brown. If you use a flat pan,
you'll have one layer of each. If you have a narrower, deeper pan, alternate
the layers of veg. and pineapple, then top the whole thing with the mallows.
I find the sweetness balances turkey well...Can use as a dessert. Do watch the
oven. Mallows go from toasty to burnt real suddenly. The whole baking time is
only a few minutes. Enjoy.
