found a new cook book that has great possibilities for us--
GOING AGAINST THE GRAIN--WHEAT FREE COOKERY by Phyllis Potts,
Central Pt Publishing, $9.95 (paperback) winner of Franklin Award
Although the book is aimed at just wheat allergy, there are many gf
reicpes in the book. Interestingly, she uses a bean/rice flour sub for
what flour. Recipes look good. I'll be checking them out. I exp like
the fact that there are gf cookie recipes. What's Christmas with out
cookies, right?
