Hi. I ordered my Chocolate from the Chocolate Emporium today. I found
out that they did not realize that citric acid comes from corn. So
those of you who were hoping to find gf, corn free chocolate will need
to ask about the ones you are interested in. The Raspberry Jelly and
the Raspberry truffle do have the citric acid. Some others may also.
The Vanilla Marshmallow has invert sugar which I don't digest well.

Please make sure that the items you order are free of any of your
intolerants. Also note that the hard candies contain corn derived
citric acid.

Some people asked me about potato starch . . . yes it is gf. The
chocolate liquor in the bulk chocolate is a mixture of cocoa powder and
cocoa butter. It is gluten free, soy free, corn free, milk free.

She also has individual chocolate candy bars which are also free of the
above ingredients. They come individually wrapped, are $.85 and are 1.5
oz, and are bittersweet.

Good luck on your orders!

Abigail
