Hello again,
  I forgot to mention in my summary that several people suggested that I
keep a food log to try to find hidden gluten, I have started this.  I also
didn't mention that a few of my meds contain lactose, none contain gluten
per their respective manufacturers.  I don't seem to have a lactose
reaction to the meds, only to consuming dairy.  Thanks again to a great
group of people.
