Leslie,

In reply to your question re Australia, you will find that many Food Super
markets (Coles, Woolworth, Franklins hold stock of GF Buiscuits Muesli
Kornys Cornflakes Rice Cakes and Bread. The Health Food shops also are
OK for Biscuits. All packed tinned and frozen foods have a detail list
of Ingredients to check out. Beware of vague discriptions like Hydrolised
Vegetable Protien. Modified Starch and go for specifics. Information can
be got from Coeliac Society of NSW, Unit 1, 306 Victoria Rd, Chatswood,
NSW2067 tel 61-(0)2-9411-4100.

Fly Qantas Airlines as they offer GF meals and Ansett don't when going
intestate.

Hope this is helpfull allthough brief. Have a good holiday as well.
